Challenge:

Cedenco Foods New Zealand produces natural fruit and vegetable ingredients under the worlds leading food safety system.
These safety systems require pallets of goods to be scanned each time they are moved.
Cedenco is a large complex and there are many outdoor storage yards as well as indoor cool-houses.
Cedenco needed wireless coverage around almost their entire site.

Solution:

Through site visits Evolution Wireless established recommended locations for wireless access points.
Once completed we installed reliable and redundant 802.11ac equipment to ensure a 100% up-time.

• Cedenco now are able to scan barcodes throughout their entire site. This allows managers to take full advantage of the land available to Cedenco for temporary storage.
