Solo Repeater

Challenge:

A rural client required internet connectivity.
Due to the location, there were no other houses nearby to share the moderate cost of a community repeater.

Solution:

Due to the fact only one connection would be served from this repeater it didn’t require the extent of a community repeater.
The design brief was to ensure it was reliable, up to abuse from stock and the environment and required no ongoing maintenance.
We fabricated the repeater on-site in our workshop, traveled to site and installed the repeater.

Benefits:

The client now has the same access to high speed broadband as residents of the Gisborne city do.
The solution is reliable and only requires basic maintenance every 5 years.
